Returns and Exchanges

Product Returns/Exchanges:

Return policy:

Due to the nature of our products and state and local regulations, and to ensure the health and safety of our customers and staff, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any item designed to come in contact with the genitals or bodily fluids. Once these types of items leave our Soirées, Shipping Department, or Corporate Office/Distributors they are considered used and unsalable, if opened. Exchanges of these types of items will only be accepted in the case of a damaged or defective product (see below.) Please be sure to inspect your items upon receipt.

Unopened items may be exchanged for equal or greater valued product or product credit, within 10 days of receipt. There are NO REFUNDS. Items that are size or color specific, or a special order/request may incur up to a $30 restocking fee, dependent on the item. Items must be in unopened, new, salable condition. Refunds will not be issued, except for during the cancellation policy, within 72 hours . Return  Shipping and Additional Shipping will apply.

Warranties: All of our products carry at least a one-year warranty. Please consult your product manual for more information and to register your product upon receipt.

We ask that for defective product, that you use the manufacturer’s product warranty. We are here to assist you with any defective claims that may occur and can provide a detailed receipt and purchase information.

In some cases, within 90 days, we are able to replace your defective products to simplify matters for you, our valued customer. Return  Shipping and Additional Shipping may apply. Defective items will be exchanged for the same item, if available. If the item is no longer available,  product credit will be issued. We do not issue refunds, except for in product credit. It is always our intention to stand behind our products, and to deal fairly with our customers. We also need to set reasonable expectations, protections, and procedures for our company and customers.
