Shipping
Our goal is to ship your order to you as quickly and economically as possible. We ship from our corporate office in Long Beach, CA and from a network of distributors and vendors. Due to our specialized curated product line, your order may come from multiple locations to reach you in a timely manner.
Most of our orders will ship out in two to three business days. Most of our distributors ship Monday-Friday. We ship from our corporate office on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. We personally package each order that leaves our site with care.
We reuse and repurpose packaging as much as possible to reduce waste. We generally use the priority mailboxes which usually take two to three days to most locations. We’re located in Long Beach, California so from west coast to east coast or if you’re in a rural area it might take a little bit longer to reach you. We aim to get your packages out to you so you can enjoy your products as soon as possible. I usually say that you’ll receive them in 10 days to two weeks from the day that you placed your order. Hopefully it’s less than that.
We take great pride in having discreet packaging. The return shipping address will usually state it is from the “shipping department” so it doesn’t say Entice Me on your box. You can rest assured that we’ve got you covered and we take your discretion very seriously.
We also don’t share any information with outside sources so everything is proprietary to us. We capture your email address so that we can let you know when your order has shipped, upcoming promotions, and educational tips, etc. You can always choose to unsubscribe from that at any time and we do not share that list with others.

In regards to what will show on your credit card statement: If you pay by credit card or paypal it’s going to say EMS or EM Soirees. When paying with Square, Venmo, Google, or Apple Pay it may say TY or Tiffany Yelverton. Please call us if you do not recognize a charge, as your statement will not state that you’re buying sex toys, sexual wellness products, or adult products.
